Appointments can be booked directly through our website, social media page, or by contacting our clinic team. Once your preferred treatment, date, and time are confirmed, you’ll receive booking details and payment instructions to secure your slot.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of N20,000 is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit goes toward your total treatment cost and ensures your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Bookings without a deposit will not be confirmed.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new date. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in loss of deposit.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, this may result in your session being cancelled and your deposit forfeited. A late fee of N10,000 may also be applied where applicable.We want every client to receive their full appointment time to achieve optimal results. For this reason, we will not rush your treatment or delay the next client’s session if you arrive late.If we are ever running behind schedule, it is our responsibility to ensure that you still receive your full treatment time as booked.We kindly ask that you plan your journey in advance and allow extra time for traffic or parking where possible.

We operate a strict 12-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. Clients with treatment packages who fail to attend their appointment or repeatedly cancel at the last minute will forfeit one session from their package. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you when possible. However, it remains your responsibility to notify us in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment. Please note that no-shows or repeated short-notice cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings. We value your time and appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain an efficient schedule for all clients.

Yes. We offer a range of treatment packages and courses of sessions for treatments where multiple appointments may be recommended to achieve your desired results. Packages can also offer a saving compared with booking individual sessions. The number of sessions recommended depends on the treatment and your individual goals, and your practitioner will discuss the most appropriate option with you.Please note: Our treatment packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the client they were purchased for.
