QUESTIONS
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, this may result in your session being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
We want every client to receive their full appointment time to achieve optimal results. For this reason, we will not rush your treatment or delay the next client’s session if you arrive late.
If we are ever running behind schedule, it is our responsibility to ensure that you still receive your full treatment time as booked.
We kindly ask that you plan your journey in advance and allow extra time for traffic or parking where possible.
We operate a strict 12-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit.
Clients with treatment packages who fail to attend their appointment or repeatedly cancel at the last minute will forfeit one session from their package.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you when possible. However, it remains your responsibility to notify us in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment.
Please note that no-shows or repeated short-notice cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.
