SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed before 6:30 PM will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 6:30 PM will be dispatched the next working day.


Please note that orders placed on Sundays will be dispatched on Monday and orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Pick Up Option


Pick up is available from our Lekki store. To use this option, please ensure you select ‘Store Pick Up’ at checkout.

Shipping Costs


All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Within Lagos

​

  • Deliveries within Lagos are typically completed within 48–72 hours.

  • Same-day delivery is only guaranteed for Lekki Phase 1, Victoria Island and Ikoyi.

  • Same-day delivery to other Lagos areas is subject to current delivery fares and should be paid directly to the delivery rider.

  • Please contact us if you would like to arrange a same-day delivery outside the guaranteed areas.

Outside Lagos

​

  • Motor Park delivery (via GUO or GIG): Estimated delivery time is 2–7 days from dispatch, depending on location.

  • Doorstep delivery (via Fez or Speedaf): Estimated delivery time is 4–7 working days from dispatch.

We strive to ensure all orders are processed and delivered promptly. If you experience any delay beyond the stated timeframes, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.​

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect, or not fit for purpose, please do not dispose of the item. Once a product has been discarded, Abi Cole Aesthetics will be unable to issue a refund or replacement.

It is your responsibility to inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Any faults or discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund after this period.

Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as you notice an issue, and they will provide guidance on the next steps to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

We are only able to accept returns for products that are deemed:

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

  • Not fit for purpose

  • ​

Once products have left our supply chain, we are unable to guarantee that they have been stored or handled according to manufacturer recommendations. For patient safety reasons, returned products cannot be resold.

​

Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that result in side effects common with injectable treatments or where there is a lack of expected results.
