Clinic Clearance Sale – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing an item from our Clinic Clearance Sale, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. All Sales Are Final

All clearance items are sold as seen and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or replacements on any clearance items once payment has been received.

2. We Recommend Viewing Before Purchase

We strongly encourage customers to inspect items in person before making a purchase to ensure they are satisfied with the condition, size, and suitability of the item.

Where possible, additional photographs, measurements, or information can be provided upon request; however, it remains the purchaser's responsibility to satisfy themselves before purchasing.

3. Confirm Availability Before Payment

As all clearance items are available in limited quantities and are sold on a first-paid, first-served basis, please contact us to confirm availability before making payment.

Availability cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received.

4. Payment & Reservations

Items will only be reserved upon receipt of full payment.

We are unable to hold or reserve items without payment. Until payment has been received, all items remain available for purchase by other customers.

6. Collection & Transportation

The purchaser is solely responsible for arranging and covering the cost of collection, loading, transportation, and installation of all purchased items.

For larger furniture or equipment, customers must ensure they bring suitable assistance and an appropriate vehicle for collection.

Abi Cole Aesthetics accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury occurring during collection, loading, transportation or installation.

7. Item Condition

Many of the items have been previously used within our clinic and may show signs of cosmetic wear consistent with normal use.

All items are sold in their current condition. Any significant defects known to us will be disclosed before purchase where applicable.

8. Questions Before You Buy

If you require additional information, measurements, photographs, or have any questions about an item, please contact our team before making your purchase.

We are happy to answer any questions to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.

9. Electrical Equipment

Any electrical or mechanical equipment is sold in its current condition.

Buyers are responsible for inspecting, testing, servicing, and ensuring that any electrical or mechanical item is suitable and safe for its intended use following collection.

Abi Cole Aesthetics makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the future performance, lifespan, compatibility or continued operation of any electrical or mechanical equipment once it has been collected.

10. Transfer of Ownership & Risk

Ownership and responsibility for each item transfers to the purchaser immediately upon collection.

Once an item has been collected from our premises, Abi Cole Aesthetics accepts no liability for loss, damage, defects, misuse, transportation, installation or subsequent use of the item.
