About this Treatment Dr Lipo Fat Dissolving – Arms/Upper Back is a non-surgical injectable treatment designed to reduce small, localised pockets of stubborn fat on the upper arms or back. Using deoxycholic acid, a naturally occurring substance that helps the body break down dietary fat, Dr Lipo works by targeting unwanted fat cells, which are gradually broken down and naturally eliminated through the body's lymphatic system. This treatment is ideal for clients looking to improve the appearance of upper arm fullness, commonly referred to as "bingo wings", or reduce stubborn fat on the upper or lower back that has remained resistant to diet and exercise. The result is a smoother, more sculpted body contour that complements your natural shape. A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment to maximise your comfort throughout your appointment. During your consultation, we'll advise whether fat dissolving alone or a combination treatment would provide the best result. The number of treatments required varies depending on the treatment area, the amount of localised fat and your individual goals. Booking Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. Clients with treatment packages who fail to attend their appointment or repeatedly cancel at the last minute will forfeit one session from their package. Please note that no-shows or repeated short-notice cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, this may result in your session being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
