Before You Book A consultation will be carried out before treatment to review your medical history, current medications and suitability for IV therapy. High-dose Vitamin C may not be suitable for everyone. Certain medical conditions, including kidney disease, iron overload disorders and G6PD deficiency, may require additional assessment or mean this treatment is not appropriate. Your practitioner will discuss this with you during your consultation. Your practitioner may recommend adjustments to your formulation or treatment frequency based on your individual needs.
Booking Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. Clients with treatment packages who fail to attend their appointment or repeatedly cancel at the last minute will forfeit one session from their package. Please note that no-shows or repeated short-notice cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, this may result in your session being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
