Hyaluronidase Filler Dissolving. Dermal fillers typically break down over time due to naturally occurring hyaluronidase. When filler dissolving is required, concentrated doses of hyaluronidase are injected into the lips. The injections break down the hyaluronic acid in the lip filler. This is then disposed of by the body’s natural systems. It is required to dissolve in emergency situations where complications have occurred or as an elective procedure to dissolve and refill. You may find that you need multiple sessions in order to break down all the filler in your lips. The reason for this is that different types of filler respond in different ways to treatment. Also, if you have had many filler treatments, the filler builds up over time. Please note you will have to wait 2 weeks before applying more filler in the area.
Booking Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. Clients with treatment packages who fail to attend their appointment or repeatedly cancel at the last minute will forfeit one session from their package. Please note that no-shows or repeated short-notice cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, this may result in your session being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
