About this Treatment Our Skinny Drip is an intravenous nutrient therapy designed to support energy production, metabolism and overall wellbeing during your weight management journey. It combines L-Carnitine, L-Arginine and Alpha Lipoic Acid (Thioctic Acid) to replenish key nutrients and support energy levels, particularly during calorie-controlled diets or an active lifestyle. The Skinny Drip is designed to complement healthy nutrition and exercise by supporting normal energy metabolism. It is not a substitute for a balanced diet, physical activity or clinically appropriate weight management treatment. Alpha Lipoic Acid (Thioctic Acid) – An antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative stress while supporting normal glucose metabolism and metabolic health. Treatment Information Treatment Time: Approximately 45–60 minutes Downtime: None. Most clients can return to normal activities immediately. Recommended Treatment Plan Initial Course: 1 treatment weekly for 4–6 weeks. Active Weight Management: Up to 2 treatments per week alongside a balanced diet, regular exercise and any clinically recommended weight management programme. Maintenance: 1 treatment every 2–4 weeks, or as part of a personalised IV wellness programme. Before You Book All IV therapies at Abi Cole Aesthetics begin with a consultation to review your medical history, discuss your goals and assess your suitability. Your practitioner may adjust the formulation or treatment frequency according to your individual needs. The Skinny Drip should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and alongside appropriate nutrition, exercise and, where indicated, medically supervised weight management.
Booking Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. Clients with treatment packages who fail to attend their appointment or repeatedly cancel at the last minute will forfeit one session from their package. Please note that no-shows or repeated short-notice cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, this may result in your session being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
